Return Process

1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product
2. Provide order details and reason for return
3. Receive return authorization and instructions
4. Pack the product securely in original packaging
5. Ship the product to the address provided

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

• Inspection and approval: 2-3 business days
• Refund initiation: 1-2 business days after approval
• Amount credit to your account: 5-7 business days depending on your bank

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping charges.
